What does SecretTweet store when I...

Submit a secret? Nothing. SecretTweet does, however, store a cookie (which you can delete or even block (see: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Cookies#Removing_cookies). We use this cookie ONLY to prevent bots and spammers from submitting trash and clogging up SecretTweet for honest users. This cookie contains a randomized string that, in no way, can be used to identify you directly.

Add a comment? Your IP address. Again, we only store your IP address when you submit a comment to prevent spam and rougue comments from ruining the website for everyone. There have been over 30,000 secrets and over 31,000 replies submitted to the site, all of which are unknown individuals :).
