Sometimes I wish I'd never divorced my lying, cheating dirt merchant husband. Being a single parent sucks so bad.

i want my abusive alcoholic father-of-my-child back too. being a single parent DOES suck and i'd rather have his parenting-light back every night than this joint custody shit anyday.

I was in the same boat as you are. I felt grief, guilt and absolute sorrow. I regretted leaving him so badly but I had to for the sake of my kids. Think of how much better off your kids are without him as a role model. Be strong, hold your head up and know that you can do this. I left mine in the middle of the night with just the kids. I started over with nothing. Now, 10 months later, I am getting ready to go back to school and I have figured out I CAN make it without him!
